Arizona Locum - Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery – Level I Trauma | 15 Days/Month



License Status Required – Arizona or IMLC license preferred; client will wait for licensure.

Shift times- Clinic/OR 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; weeknight beeper call 5:00 PM-7:00 AM; weekend call 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (24 hours).

Dates- November 2026 through February 2027; approximately 15 days/month, possibly longer.

Census- 12-16 patients/day; approximately 6 OR cases/month.

EMR- EPIC

Credentialing Timeframe? Approximately 6 weeks; no temporary privileges.

SPECIALTY SPECIFIC DETAILS Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery only. Trauma/reconstructive work, not elective. Must cover maxillofacial cases. Required skills include maxillofacial trauma, microvascular surgery, and burns. Case mix includes GSW/stabbings and motor vehicle trauma. Board Certified or Board Eligible. OMFS is not being considered.
