The facility operates as a Level 2 trauma center with comprehensive plastic surgery services and strong ancillary support including medical assistants and front desk staff to ensure smooth operations.

Physician - Surgery - Plastic

Job Details:
• Start date: September/October 2026 for additional support coverage
• Hospital-based practice setting with 24-hour call responsibilities
• Call schedule approximately 7 days per month with 24-hour shifts
• Average of 1 surgical case per day with all age demographics
• Currently 1 plastic surgeon in practice with 2 MAs and 1 front desk support
• Perform comprehensive plastic surgery cases for trauma, adult, and pediatric patients
• Handle general plastic surgery procedures including facial laceration repairs
• Conduct scar revision, skin grafts, flaps, and facial surgery procedures
• Trauma call coverage required as part of Level 2 trauma designation
• Must be Board Certified in Plastic Surgery with fellowship training
• Michigan medical license and ACLS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe 90-120 days
• Travel reimbursement includes flight, hotel, and rental car
• Call back includes 4 gratis hours for 24-hour call shifts

Compensation:
