- North of Milwaukee, WI
- 36 hours a week in clinic with a half day in the OR
- Bread and butter Surgeries required
- ABFAS cert required
- Flexible call schedule
- Patient exams, Patient records, Prescribing, treatments, and procedures including surgery
WI or IMLC license required
- must have case logs within past 12 months
- Travel and lodging paid for
