Assignment Details

Start Date: January 2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday, clinic hours only

Coverage Type: PRN, as-needed coverage

Locations: Multiple outpatient clinics within San Mateo and Redwood City

Reason for Coverage: Increased patient volume and growing podiatry needs


Work Details

Patient Volume: ~20 patients per day

Appointment Length: 15 minutes for both new and follow-up visits

Case Types: General podiatry and diabetic foot care

EMR: Epic

Operative Requirement: None required (non-surgical outpatient care only)

Facilities:

One clinic includes access to X-ray (on a separate floor)

Orthotics and wound care services not required

Support Staff: One MA per clinic; interpretation devices available

Colleagues: Solo coverage during shifts (no other podiatrists onsite)


Requirements

Board Certification: Preferred

License: Active California license required

Experience: Minimum 1 year in outpatient podiatry


Credentialing

Estimated Timeframe: 6–8 weeks
