Psychiatric Mental Health Professional – General Outpatient Adult Psychiatry

We are seeking compassionate and experienced behavioral health professionals to join a General Outpatient Adult Psychiatry team in Hartford, CT.

This facility is part of the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) and provides comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals in the Greater Hartford region. The center offers a range of outpatient and community-based mental health services, with a focus on supporting individuals with serious mental health needs and helping patients achieve stability and improved quality of life.

Position Details
Location: Hartford, CT
Schedule: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Assignment: Ongoing need
On-Call: None
Openings: 2
Pay: Up to $210/ hour

Experience working with adult behavioral health/psychiatric patients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong documentation and organizational skills
