Avant Interventional Psychiatry is currently seeking licensed therapists to join our team at all three of our Georgia locations: Austell, Marietta, and Fayetteville.

Avant Interventional Psychiatry is an interventional mental health treatment organization with multiple clinic locations across several states. We offer psychiatry services, therapy, telepsychiatry, and substance abuse treatment combined with advanced FDA-approved treatments for depression, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS therapy) and Spravato (Esketamine).

Requirements

Must be a fully licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Georgia

Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency with DSM-5 criteria

Develop treatment plans and goals based on client needs

Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling when needed

Be motivated to network and build a strong clientele

Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting

Use therapeutic interventions to assist patients in accomplishing treatment plan goals and objectives

Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for staff and patients

Communicate significant patient developments to supervisors

Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the success of the organization

Complete required documentation in compliance with company policies, procedures, state regulations, and medical necessity criteria

Compensation structure that allows therapists to earn up to 100K per year based on caseload
