Job description

FNP Needed in Mental Health Clinic:
Start Date: 4/8/2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3-6 months
Schedule: Monday-Friday; very occasional Saturday
Adults 18+
Outpatient clinic working with addiction and mental health patients
Outpatient Clinic
MUST be enrolled with AHCCCS fee for service and MCO plans
AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
