Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Inpatient Psychiatry | Boston

Job description

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for an adult inpatient psychiatry assignment in the Boston Metro Area.

Dates: Beginning of July 2026 – End of September 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Setting: Adult Inpatient Psychiatry
Location: Natick, MA
EMR: Meditech

Patient Volume
Inpatient census: ~65–80 patients
NP workload: ~10–12 patients per day

This is a high-acuity inpatient psychiatry role within a busy adult psychiatric unit. The NP will provide ongoing inpatient management and daily psychiatric care.

Daily inpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups
Management of a high-volume adult inpatient census
Development and continuation of treatment plans
Documentation in Meditech EMR

Active NP license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
PMHNP-BC certification required
Inpatient psychiatry experience strongly preferred
