✅ Qualifications
✔️ Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
✔️ Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license required
✔️ Active DEA registration required
✔️ Active Medicaid and Medicare provider status required
✔️ Minimum 2 years of PMHNP experience required
✔️ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔️ Must reside within the tri-state area

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
✔️ Diagnose and manage mental health and substance use disorders
✔️ Provide medication management and prescribe psychotropic medications
✔️ Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families
✔️ Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and patient education
✔️ Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
✔️ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams
✔️ Participate in case reviews, supervision, and continuing education initiatives
