Position Highlights
Part-time schedule: 2–3 days per week (18 hours total)
On-site outpatient practice
Private office provided
Initial 3-month contract with strong potential for extension
Manageable daily caseload of approximately 5–7 patients
Adult patient population (18+ years old)

Your Role

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adults through:

Psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Medication management and treatment planning
Ongoing monitoring and follow-up care
Collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
Patient education and support
Patient Population

You will work with adults experiencing a broad range of behavioral health conditions, including:

Depression and mood disorders
Anxiety disorders
Personality disorders
Schizophrenia and other severe mental illnesses
Individuals living with HIV/AIDS
Patients with complex psychiatric and psychosocial needs
Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a provider who is:

Experienced in outpatient psychiatric care
Skilled in treating diverse and high-acuity adult populations
Compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive

Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license
Ability to practice independently
Active Medicare and Medicaid enrollment required
Prior outpatient psychiatry experience preferred
Proficiency with EMR systems, including CARES and Outlook
