About the clinician's workday

The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide part-time outpatient telehealth psychiatric services for patients across all age groups, working 10 hours per week during day shifts. Clinical responsibilities include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations of approximately one hour and delivering medication management visits of 15-20 minutes, with cases reflecting general psychiatry within a diverse patient population. The clinician will deliver services via telehealth, with appointment types encompassing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Prescriptive authority is required for this position, and no call obligations are associated with this role.
