We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time outpatient/community mental health opportunity in the Charleston–North Charleston–Summerville Metro Area, South Carolina. This role offers a high paying hourly rate, strong clinical support, and a structured weekday schedule.

Position Highlights
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Outpatient community mental health setting
Start Date: End of July
End Date: End of October
Onsite position
Average 8–12 patients/day (max 2 new patients/day)
90% adult population (ages 13+; adult-only practice acceptable)
Medicaid and Medicare required
Supportive multidisciplinary team environment
Clinical Focus
Community mental health care
Severe and persistent mental illness (SMI)
Court-ordered treatment cases
Long-acting injectable medications
Requirements
Certified PMHNP
Active or eligible South Carolina NP license
Experience in outpatient or community mental health preferred
Comfort working within Medicaid/Medicare populations
Strong team-based care mindset
