Position Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Medical Director Psychiatrist to lead and scale a comprehensive behavioral health program at a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This hybrid role serves homebound patients, assisted living residents, and patients with dementia, complex psychiatric conditions, and medical comorbidities.

Qualifications:
MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry required
Active medical license required
Experience treating adults with complex psychiatric and medical conditions
Experience supervising behavioral health clinicians (NPs, PAs)
Geriatric psychiatry, telehealth, or Collaborative Care Model experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership for behavioral health services across home-based and facility-based programs
Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioners and other providers
Develop evidence-based care models integrated with primary care
Design programs addressing depression, dementia, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders
Provide direct psychiatric evaluation via telehealth, in-home visits, and facility-based care
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across behavioral health services
Collaborate with primary care providers, care managers, and social workers
