The Illinois Department of Human Services – Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking a skilled Family Practice Physician to join the Medical Services team at Chester Mental Health Center. 📍 Location: 1315 Lehman Dr, Chester, IL
💼 Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried
💰 Salary: $13,887–$20,075/month ($166,644–$240,900/year)
🕒 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:00pm

What You’ll Do:
• Provide comprehensive family‑practice medical evaluations and ongoing care
• Collaborate with clinical staff regarding patient treatment plans
• Deliver emergency medical interventions when needed
• Conduct physical examinations for staff with workplace‑related concerns
• Document findings and treatment plans in detailed medical reports
• Participate in medical committees and required meetings

Minimum Requirements:
• Illinois Physician & Surgeon License
• Completion of an approved Family Practice residency
