The Illinois Department of Human Services – Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join the Medical Services team at Chester Mental Health Center.

📍 Location: 1315 Lehman Dr, Chester, IL
💼 Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried
💰 Salary: $13,887–$20,075/month ($166,644–$240,900/year)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver comprehensive internal medicine assessments and patient care
• Coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Provide emergency medical evaluations when needed
• Perform workplace-related physical exams for staff
• Prepare detailed medical reports and documentation
• Participate in medical staff meetings and accreditation-related committees

Minimum Requirements:
• Illinois Physician & Surgeon License
• Completion of an approved residency in Internal Medicine
