Practice Setting: Inpatient
Credentialing Time: Approximately 30 days
Schedule

Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Call: Occasional night call may be requested
Coverage Dates:

September 16–19 & September 24–27
October 9–11
November 23–29
Practice Details:

2 physicians on shift at all times
12-bed adult inpatient unit
4-bed adolescent inpatient unit (ages 13–18)
Patient population: Ages 13+
Unit census: Approximately 75% adult / 25% adolescent
Average length of stay: 7 days
EMR: Cerner
Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active Arizona license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) required
DEA required
Minimum of 1 year of Psychiatry experience
