Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist – California | Part-Time Weekend Coverage

Seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for consistent part-time coverage
Coverage consists of 2 weekends per month + the following Monday & Tuesday
Monday/Tuesday: 8a–5p onsite, followed by overnight call until 8a
Weekends: Approximately 6 hours of rounding beginning at 8a, then call from home until 8a the following morning
Patient volume: Approximately 6–12 patients/day
Overnight call includes placing admission orders for incoming accepted patients
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, patients, and families
Focus on adolescent psychiatric care, medication management, individualized treatment planning, behavioral management, and de-escalation
Collaborative environment with an emphasis on patient/family communication and quality of care

• Only 2 Weekends/Month + Mon/Tues
• Low Volume – 6–12 Patients/Day
• Long-Term Part-Time Schedule
