Correctional Psychiatrist - Full-Time Contract Opportunity

We’re seeking a Psychiatrist for a full-time opportunity supporting patients in a California State Correctional Facility. This is a great opportunity for a provider looking for a consistent Monday–Friday schedule while delivering meaningful psychiatric care.


Schedule & Assignment

Location: Lancaster, CA
Type: Locum Tenens Independent Contractor (1099)
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Thursday to Sunday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time
Minimum 6-month commitment with the option to extend
Start as soon as credentialing is completed


Minimum Qualifications

Active California Medical License, NPI, Basic Life Support (from American Heart Association ONLY)
DEA - California ONLY. Must not state ""Exempt/No Fee""
Criminal Background Check and Drug Test required
