Physical Health/Behavioral Health NP Needed in CO

Job description

Physical Health/Behavioral Health NP Needed in CO:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: Monday and Friday: 8a-5p
Work details:
· Support staff: One MA and one RN. A therapist and case manager are also available to help with referrals, therapy and other client needs
· Patients per day: ~12 pts per day
· Patient population/age: Clinic located within a homeless shelter - Co-occurring behavioral health and physical health needs
· Common Clinical Focus: Foot care, wound care, Infectious Disease
· Skills Required: Needs to be able to do physical medicine, some wound management, manage behavioral health and substance use (sometime active intoxication)

CO License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
