My name is Tahlana Smith and I would love to be your new Locum Tenens recruiter!

I have created an amazing foundation of rapport building with my providers partnering with Consilium Staffing to find my providers their dream opportunity.

Currently I am Recruiting for the Behavioral Health division here at Consilium. I have state and private positions in CT, D.C, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VT, AK, IL, IA, MI, MO, OH, WA, AL, CA, KY, NC, TX, AZ, VA, SC, WI, MN, FL, OR. I am also working with the U.S. Government and have many different VAMCs all across the U.S. that are in need of coverage.

I am looking for Psychiatrists to help staff medical facilities throughout the year of 2026.

We have assignments that go from 3 months, 6 months, up to a year. Also opportunities that can be ongoing without a set end date.
