A residential behavioral health program located outside the San Antonio metro area is seeking a Psychiatrist for a 6-month assignment with the potential for schedule flexibility and partial remote coverage.

Position Details

✔ Residential treatment setting
✔ Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
✔ Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
✔ Supervise and mentor clinical staff
✔ Monday–Friday schedule
✔ 40 hours per week
✔ 6-month assignment

Schedule Flexibility
Up to 2 weeks remote coverage available
Additional remote flexibility open for discussion
Requirements
Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist
Must be a U.S. Citizen
ICE clearance required (estimated 4–6 week process)
Compensation

💰 Annual Compensation Range: $236,000 – $257,000
