About the clinician's workday

The psychiatrist will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and follow-up care for adult patients across outpatient and residential substance use treatment settings. The schedule is anticipated to be approximately three days per week, with responsibilities divided between residential substance use treatment and outpatient psychiatry, totaling 20 hours per week during day shifts. Clinicians will collaborate with therapists, nurses, counselors, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team while documenting clinical encounters in the EMR. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this position.
