Psychiatry Physician Needed in Macon, GA:
📍 Location: Macon, GA

⏳ Contract: 3 months with the option to extend
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (No Call)
✈️ Travel: Flight, hotel, and rental car provided

We're seeking a Board Certified Psychiatrist with an active Georgia license for a full-time inpatient psychiatry opportunity at an acute care hospital. Providers will join a collaborative team of psychiatrists and APPs, caring for an average of 10 adult inpatient psychiatry patients per day in a 20-bed unit.

Responsibilities include:
Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Leading multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
Adult inpatient psychiatric care
Collaborative care with psychiatrists, APPs, nursing, and ancillary staff
Leadership or Medical Director experience is preferred but not required

Requirements:
Active Georgia medical license (client is not willing to license)
Board Certified Psychiatrist
Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient psychiatry experience
DEA required
BLS required
Epic EMR experience preferred
