🔹 Specialty: Psychiatry
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled + Call
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: September 7, 2026
🔹 Assignment Length: Ongoing (every other week until a permanent psychiatrist is hired)
🔹 Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (Monday–Sunday), beginning the week of September 7 and returning every other week
🔹 On-site Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily during scheduled work week
🔹 Call: Evening and overnight call each day during the 7-day work week
🔹 Practice Setting: Inpatient
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
🔹 Name clear process required
🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
🔹 Patient Population: Adult inpatient psychiatry
🔹 Average Patient Volume: 12–14 patients per shift
🔹 Average Length of Stay: Approximately 5–7 days, depending on diagnosis
🔹 Support Staff: RNs, LPNs, Mental Health Technicians, Activity/Recreation Therapist
📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: BE/BC required
🔹 Active Kentucky medical license required at time of submission (must have active Kentucky license to be considered)
🔹 Willing to license: No
