This is an opportunity to lead, influence, and elevate care while making a meaningful impact on patient Sign up or sign in for contact information This Role MattersAs Medical Director, you will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering directly with senior leaders to guide clinical direction and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory excellence. - Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, collaborating closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, and EVP- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all clinical services- Develop, recommend, and implement clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care- Direct and coordinate psychiatric services, including oversight of medical staff and APRNs- Ensure the quality, safety, and effectiveness of all psychiatric and medical care delivered to hospitalized patients- Maintain a limited clinical caseload (up to six patients)- Participate in shared weekend and evening call coverage with other employed physiciansWhat We’re Looking For• Board-certified psychiatrist (adult or child)• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts• 5+ years of leadership experience in inpatient behavioral health• Expertise in clinical operations, program development, and team leadership• Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare financial models• Passion for driving patient-centered, high-quality care For additional information or to schedule a confidential conversation, please visit:Mark Dotson📅 Sign up or sign in for contact information📧 Sign up or sign in for contact information📞 Sign up or sign in for contact information"
