📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: June 22, 2026 (pending credentialing)
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours, no call
🔹 Assignment Type: Inpatient psychiatry
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
🔹 Licensing: Massachusetts license required (no licensing support available)
🔹 Travel Accommodations: Prefer local candidates; travel, lodging, and mileage may be considered

🔹 Facility Type: Acute care hospital
🔹 Practice Setting: Inpatient psychiatric unit
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 Average Daily Census: 33
🔹 Patient Volume: Approximately 8 patients per day
🔹 Patient Population: Adults
🔹 Case Mix: Bipolar disorder, depression, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, personality disorders
🔹 Support Staff: RNs, MHCs, psychiatry team, occupational therapists, social workers, unit coordinators

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Psychiatry (required)
🔹 Active State License: Massachusetts
🔹 DEA: Required
🔹 CSR: Not required
🔹 Minimum Experience: 1 year
🔹 Additional: Name clear required (name and NPI)
