Minimum 2 onsite days/week

Local providers complete onsite orientation

Outpatient setting with a supportive ACT Team (weekly collaboration)

🕒 Thoughtful Scheduling

60-minute initial evaluations

30-minute medication management visits

8–10 patients per day

Adult population (18+)

Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist

Medicare enrollment required
