Job description
o Clinic Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm with 30 minute lunch
• BC/BE: Pending Confirmation;
• Adult
• 12-15 PPD
• 15 min Follow up, 60 min eval
• Ideal provider will be comfortable collaborating + overseeing residents.
o 1 NP to supervise
• 6 month, option to extend; longer term preferred
• Strong support staff
• Community Mental Health, all cases seen
