Adult Psychiatrist (BC/BE) – Full-Time | Outpatient Only | Nashua, NH

Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our collaborative behavioral health team. This is a full-time, 100% outpatient opportunity providing psychiatric care to adults and older adults in a community mental health setting.

Position Highlights:
Full-Time, Permanent
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Minimal to no call (light call available if desired)
100% Outpatient
Adults & Older Adults
8–12 patients per day
60-minute new evaluations
30-minute medication management visits
Collaborative team with Nurse Practitioner support

Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adults with psychiatric and substance use disorders.
Provide medication management and evidence-based psychiatric care.
Treat patients with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI).
Manage Suboxone (buprenorphine) treatment for opioid use disorder.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and coordinate patient care.
Complete documentation in a timely manner and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
Active or eligible for New Hampshire medical license and DEA registration
Experience with SPMI and Suboxone management preferred
Community mental health experience is a plus
