✅ Qualifications:
✔️ Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✔️ Licensure: Active New York State Medical License
✔️ Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
✔️ Language: Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
✔️ Technical Skills: Psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, hybrid/telepsychiatry
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, empathy, cultural competence, excellent communication in Spanish and English

✔️ Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care
✔️ Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions
✔️ Develop individualized treatment plans including medication management and therapy
✔️ Conduct hybrid sessions (in-person and telehealth)
✔️ Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists
✔️ Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
✔️ Deliver culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking patients
