Psychiatrist – Outpatient | DFW, Texas

Position Overview
Start Date: April 27
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (flexible)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient psychiatry (onsite only)
Patient Volume: 10–13 patients per day
Clinical Responsibilities
Medication management in a general outpatient setting
Treat patients ages 8+ (some flexibility)
Provide clinical oversight for 2 PMHNPs (with potential to supervise more over time)
Collaborate with a strong care team including:
Dedicated Medical Assistant per physician
PMHNP colleagues
AI-assisted documentation (optional)
Requirements
Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist
Must be licensed and located in Texas
Comfortable in a collaborative, team-based environment
Passion for patient-centered care
Practice Details
EMR: DrChrono
No private practice responsibilities
Flexible site coverage (providers who can rotate across clinics are highly valued)
