Job description

Immediate Start; 6 month assignment with option for extension

Inpatient forensic psychiatric hospital setting caring for the Texas NGRI population. Lead multidisciplinary team. 24 patient average caseload. Average 1-2 admissions and discharges per month. Physician court paperwork responsibility and associated testimony. QI project involvement, to include quarterly Quality System Overview QSO chart reviews. Medical staff meetings and opportunities to collaborate with staff nurse practitioners.
