Locum Psychiatry Need Washington

Job description

We have needs for a Locum Psychiatrist in Longview, Washington, through the end of the year. Dates below. Must have current Washington license or IMLC/LOQ. Compensation is $230 hourly plus all travel and malpractice.

•The need is a 1.0, 5-7 inpatient shifts per month, occasional night call, 12-19 outpatient days as well.

• Coverage Dates: Aug 31 to December

• Shift Schedule:

Clinic days are 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch
Inpatient/Outpatient split days are 8am-noon for inpatient, lunch and then 1pm-5pm for clinic, occasionally needing to start at 7:30am if there is court.

o Occasional night call – We don’t have any call that we need filled right now, but it’s possible. We try to assign night call to perm staff first. If there are gaps, we will reach out.

• Type of Patients/Cases: Inpatient: 18+. Consult – all ages
• Patients per Day/Volume:12-14
• Board Eligible or Board Certified: Board Certified
• Inpatient or Outpatient: Both
• Number of Beds in Unit: 126

08/31 – Inpatient 8am-noon

09/01-09/04 IP/OP split

09/08-09/10 – Clinic

09/14-09-17 – Clinic

09/21-09/24 – Clinic

09/28-10/02 – IP/OP split

10/05-10/08 – Clinic

10/12-10/15 – Clinic

10/19-10/22 – Clinic

10/26-10/29 – Clinic

11/02-11/06 – Clinic

11/09-11/12 – Clinic

11/16-11/19 - Clinic

11/23-11/25 – IP/OP split

11/26-11/29 – Inpatient 8am-noon (Could be tele/remote if they reside in Washington)

11/23/26-11/25/26 – We are asking that the locum work this week for Thanksgiving. They would have Christmas and New Years week off.
