📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: July 1, 2026
🔹 Contract Length: 3-month maternity leave coverage
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday
🔹 Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm
🔹 Coverage Type: Full-time
🔹 Practice Setting: Hospital
🔹 EMR: Cerner
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
🔹 Licensing: Willing to license (IMLC preferred or providers eligible for WV temporary license)

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Patient Population: Adult patients
🔹 Patients Per Day: 11–16 patients depending on appointment length
🔹 Hospital Bed Size: 25 beds
🔹 Scope of Work: Medication management, medication checks, medication checks with therapy
🔹 Support Staff: [To be provided]

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Required
🔹 Active State License: Active WV licensure required (or willingness to obtain)
🔹 DEA: Pending confirmation
🔹 Minimum Experience: At least 1 year
