Job description
Transformation Health Services is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice in Virginia Beach and Richmond, Virginia. This position is ideal for a psychologist with experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning. The psychologist will work alongside our psychiatric providers and therapists to provide integrated, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations.
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessments.
- Evaluate for conditions including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and other behavioral health concerns.
- Prepare comprehensive written evaluation reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.
- Provide feedback sessions with patients and families.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
- Active Virginia Psychologist License.
- Experience conducting psychological testing and diagnostic assessments.
- Strong report writing and communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
