Specialty: Adult Psychiatry
Location: Western Oregon
Schedule: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Coverage: Scheduled coverage with no call
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Schedule Details:
Preferred schedule is a 7-day stretch every other week
Approximately two weeks of coverage per month
10-hour day shifts
Practice Setting: Inpatient Behavioral Health
Patient Population: Adults
Unit Size: 32-bed inpatient unit
Patient Volume: Average of 15–18 patients per day, with up to 20 on busier days
Responsibilities:
Daily rounding
Admissions
Requirements:
Active Oregon medical license
BLS certification
Recent inpatient or consultative psychiatry experience within the past 24 months
Assignment Details:
September 2026 start
Ongoing coverage with extension anticipated
Coverage needed due to a staffing gap
