Job description
The Cass Job Corps Center located in Ozark, AR is seeking a full-time (40hrs/week) Center Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) to provide professional mental health services to Job Corps students. This role is essential in supporting the emotional well-being, personal growth, and success of young adults ages 16–24 enrolled in the program.

Licensure & Qualifications:
-Must hold a current, valid, unrestricted license in a mental health discipline (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychologist)
-License must have no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions
-License must remain active throughout the contract period
-Must meet minimum education and experience requirements (waivers possible with Contracting Officer approval)
-Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills required
-Experience working with adolescents or young adults preferred
