Lease Terms
Initial 1-year lease agreement required
After the first year, leases transition to 6-month renewal terms
Limited office availability

Who We’re Looking For
Dedicated, licensed professionals who are passionate about mental health, community impact, and ethical care.

Professional Responsibilities
Provide in-office therapy services as well as online services
Provide therapy services (individual, family, couples, or group)
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate and confidential records
Follow all ethical, legal, and professional guidelines
Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients

Licensing Requirements
• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD) in the state of Maryland (and preferably Virginia and DE as well)
• Minimum 1 year experience as individually licensed practitioner
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Ability to analyze and interpret information to plan appropriate interventions
• Must be willing to volunteer at least one mental health event in partnership with 4UR Mental Health Foundation, supporting community outreach and mental wellness initiatives.
