Overview
We are seeking a Massachusetts dedicated and compassionate Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team part time/additional income 5-10hrs/week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health counseling to individuals. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and the ability to work with diverse populations. The LCSW will play a crucial role in assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy.
Manage crisis situations effectively, utilizing crisis management techniques to ensure client safety.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients across various settings.
Offer support and counseling to individuals, addressing developmental and emotional challenges.
Experience
An active MA LCSW license is required.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining confidentiality in client interactions.
Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields is highly desirable.
