✅ Qualifications
✔️ Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
✔️ Active New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license
✔️ New graduates are welcome to apply
✔️ Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapies preferred
✔️ Strong communication, empathy, cultural competence, and collaboration skills

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations
✔️ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
✔️ Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities
✔️ Diagnose mental health conditions and coordinate care with multidisciplinary providers
✔️ Educate patients and families on treatment options, coping strategies, and resources
✔️ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
✔️ Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
