✅ Qualifications:
✔️ Education: PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program
✔️ Licensure: Active New York State License
✔️ Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
✔️ Language: Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
✔️ Technical Skills: Psychological assessment, diagnosis, evidence-based therapy, hybrid/telehealth
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, empathy, cultural competence, excellent communication in Spanish and English

✔️ Provide psychological evaluations and ongoing therapy
✔️ Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions
✔️ Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
✔️ Conduct hybrid sessions (in-person and telehealth)
✔️ Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and specialists
✔️ Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
✔️ Deliver culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking patients
