✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education – PhD or PsyD in Psychology
✔️ License – Active New York State Psychologist license
✔️ Certification – Board Certified or Board Eligible
✔️ Language – Bilingual in Spanish (required)
✔️ Technical Skills – Psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy
✔️ Soft Skills – Strong communication, cultural competence, empathy, and clinical judgment
