DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position manages psychological services at Ebensburg Center by leading staff, overseeing clinical practices, and supporting quality care for residents. The role ensures programs follow regulations and meet the needs of individuals across the facility. As a Licensed Psychologist Manager, you will perform the following duties:
Staff Leadership: Supervise psychological staff, assign work, and evaluate performance
Program Oversight: Guide policies, procedures, and program development within psychological services
Training Coordination: Plan and deliver professional training to support skill growth and strong practices
Clinical Collaboration: Participate in diagnostic and evaluative meetings to discuss the diagnosis, etiology, treatment, and disposition of residents
Regulation Compliance: Ensure services meet all applicable standards and certification requirements
Documentation Duties: Prepare reports and contribute to evaluations and reviews as required
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
You will work on-call hours on weekends and evening rotations.
Your schedule may change based on operational needs.
Overtime and travel as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as a Licensed Psychologist MH or a Psychologist (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year of experience as a licensed professional psychologist in the treatment of inmates or individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral dysfunction.
Special Requirements:
You must possess a current license to practice psychology as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology or possession of a current license to practice psychology as issued by another state with licensure requirements acceptable to the Board. Applicants with out of state licensure must obtain Pennsylvania licensure within one year of employment.
