The teams building them need professionals who can create realistic psychological scenarios, judge whether AI-generated content is accurate and ethically sound, write the response a psychologist would give, and explain where the AI falls short. Your cultural awareness and clinical judgment, together with ethical reasoning, can help shape how the next generation of AI models works. This is part-time contractor work that you can do remotely on a flexible schedule.

What you'll do
• Build psychological scenarios that account for cultural context, then prepare training materials in both Georgian and English
• Check the accuracy of AI output, its ethical reasoning, and its fit with psychological best practices
• Review case studies and documentation, then improve psychological assessments for use in Georgian and English and in varied cultural contexts
• Record how evaluations were conducted and what they found, so other contributors can follow and reproduce the work

Who this is for
• Professional fluency in Georgian and English; able to work with complex psychological terminology
• A preferred qualification is a PhD in Psychology
• Demonstrated experience working in clinical and academic settings, including the development or evaluation of psychological case studies and assessments
• Strong analysis and critical thinking, sound ethical decision-making, and clear written and verbal communication
• Cultural sensitivity, adaptability across cultures, and comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation
• No AI experience needed. You bring the psychological expertise; the work provides structured review tasks and clear feedback criteria.
