Director of Behavioral Health (#3300)
Location: Queens, NY 11375 | Full-time | $145,000 - $160,000/year

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide direct patient care as a licensed behavioral health provider
✔️ Develop and implement strategic goals for the Behavioral Health department
✔️ Oversee, mentor, and support behavioral health staff
✔️ Recruit and onboard new providers to expand service capacity
✔️ Expand behavioral health programs, implement evidence-based practices, and track quality metrics
✔️ Collaborate with other departments to integrate behavioral health with primary and specialty care
✔️ Manage department budget and ensure regulatory compliance

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD/NP (Behavioral Health), PhD in Psychology, or LCSW
✔️ Minimum 5 years of clinical behavioral health experience
✔️ At least 3 years in leadership or administrative roles
✔️ Strong leadership, team-building, program development, and communication skills
✔️ Familiarity with FQHCs or value-based care a plus
