About the facility

This community-based behavioral health organization is dedicated to improving mental wellness through culturally competent care. The facility provides a range of services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual, couples, family, and group therapy, telehealth options, and Community Health Worker support to assist clients with housing, insurance, and other essential resources. The clinical team draws from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing to deliver integrative, patient-centered care.

About the clinician's workday

The clinician is expected to work Monday through Friday on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, completing psychological assessments and testing. The position may also include individual and couples therapy sessions. Clinicians trained in trauma-informed care, CBT, or family systems therapy are preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and experience with SimplePractice are considered assets for this role.
