About the clinician's workday

The clinician will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for an adult inpatient psychiatric population, including violence and suicide risk evaluations as well as memory, personality, and intelligence testing. The position requires providing individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities including DBT, ACT, CBT, and CT-R. The clinician will participate in Recovery Team meetings and contribute to the development and review of treatment plans. Responsibilities include completing progress notes, admission documentation, and annual assessments in accordance with facility protocols. The clinician will attend hospital meetings and collaborate with staff through clinical interviews, chart reviews, and behavioral observations. The position operates on a full-time day shift schedule of 40 hours per week with no call requirements.
