📅 Assignment Overview
Coverage Needed: 7–10 days per month
Coverage Type: 24-hour call
Schedule: Flexible scheduling within monthly coverage needs

🏥 Clinical Details
• Patients per Shift: Approximately 4–6
• ICU: 18-bed unit staffed by in-house intensivists
• Call Back: Limited overnight – intensivists handle admissions and urgent calls
• Rounding: Yes, on assigned patients
• Practice Model: Solo coverage with strong hospital support

• Active California license required
