Job description

• Start Date: August 2026
• Ongoing inpatient coverage need
• Schedule: 1 week per month, Monday–Monday
• 24-hour ICU/Hospital coverage
• No clinic responsibilities
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• EMR: Epic
• ICU Census: 8–12 patients daily
• Hospital Census: 8–10 patients daily
• Active Indiana license, DEA, and CSR required
• Credentialing: Approximately 60–90 days
