Assignment Details:
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: 24-hour coverage, Monday-to-Monday, 1 week/month; ICU and hospital rounding with call coverage, no clinic
• Practice Setting: Inpatient critical care/pulmonology
• Case Mix: ICU and hospital rounding; ICU census 8–12 patients/day, hospital census 8–10/day; intubation and central line placement required
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• State License: Indiana (active required)
• Certifications: Board Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care, active DEA, active CSR
